          Because of our low overhead, our rents are consistently below market, usually 10 – 20 % off market prices.  Also, every tenant has the office and cell number of our property managers with all calls immediately returned.  We have an excellent maintenance staff, prompt and efficient and all of our properties are well maintained by our landscaping crew.

          Our best referral is our tenants.  Our commercial tenants have remained with us for an average of seven years; our residential tenants an average of four years.
